Very accommodating and flexible for a somewhat a-typical install project. Price was very reasonable as well, so I have no complaints on those fronts. Only downsides were a bit too aggressive on some of the cutting through brick/into joists, so I had some cleanup work to make the install "final" when everything was done, but they were cheap and everything works. I would go back. (FYI: Not quite sure why Yelp lists them at the wrong address. They were on Kennedy Street NW as of 2017)
