Update: My mom just had her last day of therapy and she just wanted to say thank you to the whole crew. Everyone was kind to her everytime she went there. They always has patience with her. The staff was professional and considerate. She benefited a lot from it. Thank you to all of the staff.
The entire staff at 333 Hawaii Ave are awesome! They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable over the needs of the patients. Jacob promised me if I worked hard I would be able to run by the end of my therapy. Quyen pushed me to be great and Víctor kept everything organized and ready for a great experience. I had bunion surgery and could barely walk without pain relieving medication but after 28 sessions this amazing team of folks had me running at my last session. Thank you to the wonderful front desk ladies as they always supported me with the schedule and insurance needs to make everything seamless. Amazing staff! All staff members are welcoming, patient, and friendly. The PT environment is clean, easygoing, and comfortable. Overall great experience with Active Physical Therapy!
