Extremely impressed and happy with the outcome of our cast iron steps that was installed. From the very first meeting the lines of communication were always open. From the first meeting, through the permit process, and installation Tilahun and his team were knowledgeable, honest, attentive and patient. We were beyond thrilled with the work done by Mr. Tilahun Wendafrash and his team from
Abay Iron and Metal Works. He responded quickly to my email questions about replacing a very old porch railing with something similar-but-brand new.
Soon thereafter Mr. Wendafrash visited to view the porch and give us an estimate, and proved to be a kind professional who listened carefully as we discussed the plans. After he fashioned the railings, he and the crew completed all the work in one day.
