“Paula is an amazing massage therapist! I have been seeing her 3-4 times/year for 8 years now, and each visit she integrates different techniques to really address any areas that need attention. I myself am a physical therapist and really love how she takes the time to review things before/after so we can assess our progress. I even saw her twice during my pregnancy and she adjusted our sessions appropriately so I remained comfortable and relaxed while still getting the most benefit from our time together.
