“I used to come to this place years ago but the owner changed hands. I went to other place for awhile. But I thought I would try this place. Which I did 2 weeks ago. The pedicure was great! It was not rushed. The women I will not spell her name right UNEE did such a great job. I left feeling so relaxed and my feet looked great. I brought a friend who normally goes to the mall she said she's now changing her place to here. I recommend you give it a try! I am bringing my daughter tomorrow she's getting gel set. “I love coming here. I found Ruth and Divine massage a few years ago when I lived in the heart of Seymour. I've since moved over 20 minutes away, and I still insist on going out of my way to see her. Her massages are so incredibly relaxing, I'm pretty sure I fall asleep every time. Plus she does a little bit on your head/scalp sometimes at the end and that is just *chef's kiss* for me. I always recommend Divine Massage to anyone who's looking for a professional massage.The atmosphere is cozy, relaxing, almost womb-like, as she keeps it dim and has aromatherapy going. It's a small shop so you feel intimate and have privacy with the curtains she has around the table.“

“Wonderful experience. This was my first time going here. I had been on the lookout for a new massage therapy place.The massage therapist listened to what I was looking for and was excellent. He made sure to check in on me frequently to make sure the pressure was good for me. From his ability alone, I think I found my new go-to place.I decided to do reiki for the first time too. I was skeptical about it as I've never had it and it seemed a bit more spiritual than physical, which is not necessarily what I was looking for but figured I'd try it and go in with an open mind even if skeptical. Let me tell you, the reiki master/performer definitely impacted me. She knew stuff I was dealing with physically/mentally. I left there with my mind absolutely clear and silent for the first time ever. Absolutely will go back again.The only negative is if you are plus-size or have hips, the robe they provide you may not fit. But the massage therapist said he would mention it to the owner to make sure they are more inclusive. Overall 5/5, will 100% go here again, probably in a few months. And I know I'll just bring my own robe.“

“Performance in Hamden is the best place a person can go for physical therapy. The patient care is astounding; I have been to many PT places and none of them even come close to comparing. The staff is amazing, from the receptionists to the aids to the therapists themselves. They have made such an impact in my recovery to the point where my surgeon was surprised. They are extremely knowledgable and intentional with their exercises. They know when to push and when to slow you down. Unlike many of the PT places I have been to in the past, Performance never made me feel stranded or unattended. They listened to my needs and goals and created a plan to get me there. Additionally, they were attentive to pain, making sure I was in as minimal as possible and was never pushing myself to hard. Renee and Matt have been the best physical therapists. They really have made an extremely significant difference in my recovery. The establishment itself is very clean, and there is always parking. If you are looking for a PT place, just go here, you will be happy that you did.“
