Louis is the man! They have always been very responsive to our needs. This time they even came out promptly on a holiday to respond to pipes leaking into the basement. Despite the quoted $20 extra fee for a holiday, they did not charge it. Jiffy Plumb, unlike the other big name, well-known competitor, does not try to sell a huge, overpriced service every time they come out. We also talk to our neighbors and know that the competitor says the same thing to everyone, just trying to make money. Jiffy Plumb is fair & does a good job.
