The only reason I am giving two stars is because my therapist was great. The front desk staff are unprofessional and waste time. I needed my records transferred to a new office, since i left this one. After putting in my release form, I had to ask them 3 times over a weeks time to send them over. Every time I asked, except the 3rd, they said they would do it that day and didn't. Now I am at risk for not getting to proper accommodations I need for my mental illness for college.
