I was Permanently Scarred by a hair removal technician due to a wax burn that involved bleeding and skin removal of approximately 5/8ths of skin. I was able to get in for an appointment very quickly and they had early hours to accommodate my work schedule. Rebecca the administrative assistant was lovely and very good at getting me checked in and my copay completed. Then I went into the examination room with Christina who is thorough and attentive in her documentation. I met with PA-C David Suhocki and we discussed all my concerns in detail. Jessica at advance dermatology center in wolcott is the really the best! She really gives her all for her patients and makes sure they get the treatment and medication they need! Talk about a hard worker and someone who cares well she is it!! Highly recommend
Rachael is amazing in her bedside manner, and care. She takes time to listen to her patients and really seems to want them to feel better. I am somewhat of a special needs patient. I am very nervous around new doctors and APRNS due to a sexual assault in my 20s and what I had to endure in the ER afterwards! I still suffer with PTSD. Rachael immediately made me feel at ease upon entering the room. I immediately got this feeling that she was someone who really cared about her patients. That is rare by today's standards it seems in modern medicine where bedside manner, LISTENING, and caring about patients is sorely lacking.
