MyEyeDr. provides a wonderful experience with a knowledgeable and friendly staff. Dr. Saunders is informative and has a great bedside manner, especially with kids. The office staff, including Cindy, Teresa, and Kim, are helpful, patient, and go out of their way to ensure a painless and successful visit.
When I broke my glasses, the staff in Winsted were so helpful, above and beyond. I was able to schedule a virtual appointment that day, and the office staff helped me choose a new pair of frames. Ever grateful to these kind ladies.
Dr Saunders has always listened to my concerns and has been extremely helpful. The staff is also pleasant to deal with. I have been a patient for 24 years and I really trust this practice to take care of my eye care.
