He came highly recommended. He got back to me in a timely manner after an introduction, and I met with him shortly after. He is extremely knowledgeable of Connecticut tax law and federal law and will do the very best for his clients. This was obvious. He doesn't bog you down with legalese but will explain anything you need to understand. He has like 6 computers in front of him (!) and is very up to date.
