“If you are tired of shaving, I highly recommend laser hair removal. I went to see Racquel who was so highly spoken about that I took the plunge. I was nervous at first because we are talking sensitive parts. I had always shaved or waxed but now, I dont have to do neither of those. She is very professional and make the visit comfortable. If you want to get a great gift for someone, this is it. I no longer need to let hair grow before vacation, just to painfully wax it, then grow back any ways. Treat yourself. Im glad I did.“

“I went to the spa in Glastonbury. The aesthetician was over 15 minutes late. There was no explanation or information given at the front desk. I think it would’ve been appropriate to let me know she was running behind.

The facial was excellent and I rebooked with Vanessa.

The spa called the day before my next appointment to ask if I would be willing to come earlier because they had overbooked. When I showed up, they told me that my aesthetician was in another appointment and I’d have to wait an hour to see her. Apparently, the person that called me the day before never changed the appointment in the system. I was frustrated and left.

The owner called me the next day to apologize and said that they would extend the spring discount if I came at a different time.

I doubt I’ll rebook again. There are so many great spas in CT.“
