We recently had Jeff and his team replace our 50-year-old gas furnace, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Jeff came over to walk us through all the options in detail, offering his expert suggestions. The quote he provided was not only the most competitive but also very clear and detailed.
Scheduling was a breeze, thanks to his wife Tiffany in the office, who was so pleasant and easy to work with. The team that came to install the new furnace was efficient, reliable, and professional. They checked everything thoroughly, disposed of the old unit responsibly, and took the time to explain how the new system works.
Our 50 gallon hot water heater decided it didn’t want to hold water anymore and leaked into our basement. I made one call to Nunes who came out and replaced our old gas power vented tank with a tankless system. The install went smoothly and aside from the new heater and extra space in the basement you’d never know they were at the house. Nunes is incredibly knowledgeable and professional, I can’t recommend them enough.
