Nunes Quality Plumbing was responsive, friendly and affordable when I asked about looking to have my leaking water heater replaced. Albert and his team quickly replaced the heater, hauled out the new one, and ensured I knew the proper steps to maintain the water heater going forward. Their expertise and and experience had them in and out in no time, and they didn’t leave a trace of debris behind. I’ll be using them in the future for all of my plumbing needs!
Due to the tropical storm Tuesday, we lost power like so many others in CT. We fired up our generator and thought “we’re good to go!” Little did we know, our generator was not sufficient to power 2 freezers 1 fridge plus some lights and our boiler. It caused our boiler to short out it’s control panel and reset box causing it to smoke Thursday morning! Even tho we weren’t current customers Nunes quality plumbing & heating got a technician out to us very quickly the same day!!! He quickly diagnosed what happened, explained the necessary repairs and made sure no electricity could flow to our boiler while we waited for the power to come back. I called and left a message on Sunday that our power came back on, completely expecting to not hear from Nunes until Monday. Tiffany from Nunes called me back very quickly ON SUNDAY!! We set up for the technician to come out Monday. He was here at 9 am this morning and I am happy to say our boiler is all fixed and up and running!! Thank you so much Tiffany and Jeff for taking care of us so quickly!!! I would definitely recommend you guys for any plumbing and/or heating needs!!!!
