The staff there is very knowledgeable. They clearly give professional information on how to administer my pets medication, as well as what treatment is best. Great staff, a pleasure to deal with.

Our cat has been sick, coughing and sneezing, and they were able to schedule us an appointment on short notice. Super pleasant and helpful over the phone, even called the day before to remind me to bring her vaccination records. This was easily the best vet experience we've ever had. Our cat is friendly, but shy and a little skittish, so talking her to the vet is never easy, but they really took the time to talk to her, pet her, and give her treats. It made it so much more tolerable for her. The whole staff was engaged and attentive to our concerns. Incredible!

Dr. Mahoney and the crew at Connecticut Veterinary are so caring and competent! In addition to routine care, our senior dog needed dental surgery recently. The surgical experience really taught me a lot about the veterinary practice. As someone who is new to Connecticut, I wasn't sure which vet to trust. The team was clear with me at every step of the way about what was happening and would happen with my dog's treatment. They explained the pricing and charged me in alignment with their projections. My dog is happy to go to the vet now, which says a lot! Jessica and Carla at the Windsor office are welcoming and helpful.
