Connecticut Veterinary Center provides a great and incredible veterinary experience. The staff is very knowledgeable, professional, pleasant, helpful, welcoming, caring, and competent. They are engaged and attentive to client concerns, taking time to understand pet histories and explain treatments clearly. The team provides thorough exams and is clear with pricing and projections. Appointments are available on short notice, with reminders sent out and barely any wait time. They make visits tolerable and even pleasant for shy or skittish pets by taking time to talk to, pet, and give treats to the animals. The pricing is reasonable and aligned with projections. Overall, it is easily the best vet experience, with a whole staff that is a pleasure to deal with.
I wanted to thank the veterinarians and staff for the exceptional care they provided for my cat Lily. Unfortunately we had to make the decision to help Lily cross over to the rainbow bridge. They were very compassionate towards my Lily and to us, which made the process a little easier. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and families. Thank you.
The staff here is super nice! I was able to brought in my two cats for a check up and they even trimmed their nails. I am super satisfied with the service and will definitely come back. 🙂
My frenchie was really sick throwing up and not eating for a few days. Shes really small so i was really worried about her. Dr myer and her team did everything to get my baby better. Sixy and I love you guys!
