Our puppy (14 yrs old, but a pup to us) was not feeling well and definitely in pain. Dr. Aelo saw our concern and was kind, patient, and walked us through each step. Jessica, Shayla and the whole team were just as kind. This all helped us make a hard decision. They were transparent about the cost and the options.
Many thanks!
My dog Charlie received exceptional emergency care from very professional, thorough, and patient veterinary team. They also seem as if they love their job even though it can be sad and stressful and treat every pet as if it was their own.
I had the absolute best experience here with my rescue dog. I've had to go to emergency rooms before with pets, but the compassion and knowledge the staff had was nothing I have ever experienced. I am forever grateful I ended up here, the help my little baby received saved her life. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart to all the amazing people that work here. I highly recommend New England Veterinary Center.
