Been going to this gym for years love the space good people. 9.99 per month was great.
Then I tried to cancel my membership. I was farther away from the gym and go to a gym closer to me. They told me I needed to go there. I said I am unable to because I am father away. They said that’s fine and will cancel it for me. I look as well and they are charging me $23 per month now that I did NOT approve of they said they can’t refund me that amount. I got the managers email and emailed her about the past payments and why I was being charged $23 with no response thinking it was handled with the membership they assured me it was cancelled
3 months later I look at my bank statements and they are STILL CHARGING ME THE $23 a month. I called and they said the manager isn’t in right now. But to email her again. I sent her an email but I highly doubt I get a response.
Good luck if you cancel and look at your statement to make sure you’re not getting overcharged.

This gym has met all my fitness needs at an affordable price per month. This gym has multiple areas (not one open floor plan), a movie cardio room, group classes, a sauna and the list goes on. For all the amenities it provides, the cost is perfect! Since having my baby, this gym has provided a place to get back into shape and in an environment where I’ve never felt uncomfortable. Other members have always been friendly whether I’m there at 4am or 4pm. I would recommend this gym to others for sure!

From what another person posted about a lady making comments about people who attend the gym, I have a feeling who that is and that person is not lying. The gym is close to my job, has a lot of amenties, and very big.

Decent array of equipment, very hot in the gym. Only real complaint is the dumbell and barbell rack section is very crowded, not much space

While under normal circumstances I’d give this place a 5/5 stars, the lady at the front desk was acting a bit rudely and was making fun of someone who attended the gym (said person was just outside in the parking lot). She mocked how they were mid exercise to another patron of the gym, which really just isn’t appropriate behavior, especially at a gym where people go to grow and improve themselves. I hope that she considers a new attitude towards others who are trying their best to be healthy…

I traveled into the Hartford area for work and was able to get a day pass at a good price. Typically I like to hit up the local powerlifting gyms but there were none in the area that accepted day passes. The gym is clean and had all the equipment I needed for my workout. They also have a good selection of protein drinks at the front desk. I would go back if I travel back to the area.
