“I first heard about Resilience Physical Therapy and wellness from program called Children’s Disability Resources (CHD). I became a patient at Resilience in the beginning of 2021 and since then I have seen major improvements in my mobility and strength. I was born with cerebral palsy and I have used a wheelchair/walker since I was four years old. However, the physical therapy I have received at Resilience for the past three years has helped me progress to a point where I can stand independently and walk for short distances with minimal support. All the therapists’ positive attitudes make going to physical therapy a fun and enjoyable experience. “The staff were all amazing very caring,professional and knowledgeable. I mainly worked with Michael who was amazing he worked with me very hard to try to ease my pain before I had a total hip replacement. He was very understanding and genuinely cared. He was easy to talk to and never pushed me to hard because he knew how much pain I was in. I would absolutely recommend this facility. If you're lucky enough to get Michael you're in good hands. I will say all the physical therapist were wonderful. I was looking forward to working with Michael again after my surgery but unfortunately my surgeon didn't deem it necessary. “I want to let you know how much I appreciate the great work of the wonderful team: Jennifer, Alana and Kathy of ATI in East Longmeadow, MA. I am an elderly man (unfortunately), had the leg injuries' and two knee replacements (all these are also unfortunate). My leg muscles were very weak! The team is doing every time their magic, and now I am feeling much more stronger and confident. Jennifer, Alana and Kathy are the great professionals. “Dr Sadowski abd his staff helped me so much, when I changed PCs I couldn’t find any one to update my records for being out of work and they got right on itThey can be overwhelmed at times, probably because I know my visits always run over, but, I feel they are very compassionate. Their pt, is also very caring , and, I’m complicated , they use care when doing back work as I have neck problems. Bottom line, everyone there is completely compassionate. Kristina and Ananda, always help ensure my paperwork is up to date. I tend to run late, and they’re very good to me“
