I went to Physical Therapy Plus because I was experiencing hip pain whenever I walked even short distances or stood still for a few minutes. After taking time to determine the best treatment plan, I was given stretching exercises to do to stretch the tight muscles that were causing the pain. After weeks of therapy meetings and by doing the exercises daily at home, I’m now able to walk for over an hour with no hip pain. I’ve come to recognize the stretching exercises need to become a life-long habit if I want to maintain a quality life-style. Thank you Physical Therapy Plus. I’m glad I met ya!
