Launch Personal Training is a fitness studio that employs trainers certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the American Council on Exercise. The trainers understand the body, efficient movement, and how to create programs appropriate for clients of any age or fitness level. Clients have had a wonderful experience working with the knowledgeable, professional, and patient trainers, who listen to their goals and pair them with the right trainer. The modern facility offers a wide range of equipment, a supplement and apparel shop, and a shake bar for post-workout refreshments. Clients highly recommend Launch Personal Training for its exceptional service and ability to deliver the desired fitness results.
