“Update: .... Back then when all the below complaint happened, the owner contacted me over the phone and apologized on behalf of the staff member (manager(?)) ... Since then, I am still going back and I am happy with the new person who cuts my hair.Disappointed and upset, I felt I was a sheep, I had my hair cut too short by a different stylist because I missed the day to have the same person cuts my hair.I told her, I would like to have it layered .... I was in and out in 5 min. ..... she was fast ...I did say, she cut it too short, but was too late.Her excuse was, she did use the same machine size that was noted in my previous cuts, she did use the machine from the back of my neck all the way to the top of my head, not layered.Watch out for Wednesdays haircuts at Great clips.“
