“I had a wonderful experience from the moment I walked through those doors. I felt like I was going back 20 years! Hip music, trendy design, young, smiling faces. The customer service was amazing From beginning to end.

I took advantage of a bundle deal that Jessenia had advertised on Facebook. I am a mom of three, two boys which are 14 months apart and a stay at home mom for the last 2 1/2 years. A mom who has put her needs to the side and finally realize that I needed some self-care!

I booked an appointment with Jessenia for color and haircut, and I am going back in a few weeks before my birthday because the experience was beautiful. She took her time and listened to my needs and my backstory. She was very understanding and even though she is many years younger than me, we connected and She took great care of me!

I never knew that a hair wash could feel so relaxing! I definitely needed this appointment and I’m happy to have fallen in some great hands. Overall 10 stars and I’m definitely coming back! Thank you for getting me out of the house. I really needed it and it was lovely!“

“Came here for a big haircut change using a Groupon and came out feeling so good and confident!! Once you walk in, you are pleasantly greeted and the space just radiates peace and positivity. My favorite part? Logan who was AMAZING!!! She was so easy to talk to, funny, and was very attentive to my request. She did exactly what i was looking for and made me look fabulous. “I went to Madison Reed at Westport for the first time and it was excellent. Sandra suggested the Bonding Trio in addition to my root and blow out and my hair is so shiny and healthy again. Plenty of parking at the back. Got a free hair comb for the Bonding Trio. Staff is friendly and professional. Just moved from Chula Vista CA and so glad that there is a Madison Reed here in CT.
