The front office staff is very friendly and helpful. The recent equipment upgrade was much needed, especially the replacement of the equipment that were constantly out of order. Recently, CNN was removed from the available TV options. No one at the front desk knew the reason. They asked me to contact the assistant regional manager, Michelle Green. I emailed her over a month ago and asked why CNN was removed from the TV line-up, but she never responded (rude and unprofessional). BTW, Fox news is on 3-4 TVs, just saying.

The staff here is extremely kind and welcoming! The environment very clean and everyone friendly, i highly recommend this spot, its a hidden gem! you guys are the Best, thank you so much for putting me on to the Hydro massage, it’s a life changer!
