I have been having problems with my furnace for a year. Last winter I called a few times about an oily smell and Town Oil sent repairmen each time and they tried everything to determine why we were getting that smell. When we needed heat this fall, I called again when our furnace stopped working and we have determined we need a new furnace. I know every time I call them I will be treated with kindness and qualified repairmen. Thank you Town Oil.
Had our annual oil burner cleaning and inspection visit this week. As usual the technician was on time and courteous. Changed filters, cleaned boiler and provided a full oral report of the system. See you next year!
Town Oil has been excellent to work with. I cannot be more happy with the office staff and technicians. Always and I mean always great service and great communication. To be candid, Town Oil is a role model on how to do things correctly.
