Since Ulta in Trumbull closed down, this location is my new go to. Ultimately, I know I always went to the Trumbull location due to convenience, but the customer service and friendliness in the Westport location is superb. I just hope this one doesn’t close down…. Ever! (I refuse to drive all the way to Milford lol)
I have been to the Westport store on numerous occasions and recently went in to find some makeup for a wedding that I am going to, both Rebecca, Lancôme specialist and Joshua from Mac were outstanding! They both spent so much time finding the right color lipstick and makeup! They are both very talented and so knowledgeable! I can’t thank them enough! I would also like to say how nice Kylie at the front register was when checking out!
I cannot say enough about Josh who is also a MAC artist in the Ulta Westport store! He truly listened and found the products and right colors (tones) for me. He helped me understand my skin better too! So many helpful hints! My issue was dark circles and Josh taught me how to apply the products correctly! When I went home and tried to do it myself, I still needed assistance. I went back and Josh watched what I was doing and knew how to correct me so I could do it myself! He is so patient, fun and I finally feel good about my eyes! Thank you Josh!
