If I could give 0 stars I would! The next street cancelled my daughters scheduled behind the wheel lesson and after a whole week of chasing them they finally rescheduled her to today (Sunday). Only to find that the instructor for this class was a no-show. That’s a 50% failure to deliver so far (she’s only had 1 of her classes actually occur). Their customer service is ineffective to non existent. And good luck trying to reach anyone on a Sunday even if classes are scheduled. The Next School is a very well organized school, and they have amazing instructors. Mine was Victor. He explained every little detail to me and then sent me all the information after the lesson, so I could review it. He was open to any questions even after the lesson, and he also bought me Starbucks to cheer me up cause I was nervous. He is awesome! I had one lesson with him and passed on my first attempt.

I had Victor as my instructor and he is amazing at his job. He taught me everything I need to know and went above and beyond to send me everything learned in the lesson, and some tips for my road test. I highly recommend him, he is the best!
