The owner was super knowledgeable, attentive, and very helpful. He listened to what we were looking for and steered us in the right direction. Very rare to have such amazing customer service these days. I would highly recommend Stanton Miles to anyone who is looking for a quality vacuum.

Treated myself to a C1 Miele canister vac yesterday, could no longer endure the upright product acquired last March! You wonder about the online review process sometimes... The store is attractive and conveniently located, too.

I have loved my Red Star Miele vacuum ever since I got it as a hand me down. I recently took it apart to clean it and lost one small part that allows the brush to rotate.I went to two other local retailers before heading to Stanton Miles. Their staff member attended to me immediately and gave me a price as soon as he saw what I needed. He was knowledgeable and helpful, the price was extremely reasonable, and he put the machine back together for me.I will go straight to them in the future if I need any more help and if I am looking to purchase a new Miele.
