The coaches are ALL amazing. They are all my favorite♥️ They are ALL motivating and ALL friendly! The class is an immersive experience: A darkened room, mirrors lit up by blue lights, heart pumping sound tracks and a complete escape from life outside of the studio. Each class consists of exercises that incorporate a broad range of muscle groups. The combination of slow moves under intense resistance yields fantastic results. You leave each class looking better feeling stronger and incredibly challenged.

I have been coming to Solidcore Westport since 2019 before the company was super popular and well known. I have always felt extremely safe, welcomed and satisfied in the Westport studio (which I cannot say for all other studios). All of the coaches are so so lovely, especially HCCM Kait and Core Crew member Lia <3 I have been in studio at many different locations in CT, NYC and Austin, TX and Westport always feels like home, which can only be attributed to their amazing staff!

Ioanna is a great trainer. She did correct my form a few times oops lol If you have questions just leave them a message usually someone returns your call. No front desk person. I'm guessing the trainer that hour takes care of the calls after the class is over. Solidcore is no joke you will leave sweaty n feeling like jello. Def need at least 10 classes to know what you're doing. Def do the starter50 class if you're a beginner because you will be flustered. Def can't be late not even 5 mins! So be on time
