I have been working with Aiden at Sherpa for several months, and just started working with Justin, one of the cycling coaches. Nothing but good things to say about both, and about Sherpa in general. Great facilities, flexible hours and approach, and a level of knowledge I have never encountered before: Aiden is both a trainer and possibly the best "unofficial" physical therapist I have every come across. Great outfit, recommend without reservation.

This place is transformative. They help you transform yourself and they are beyond supportive. I had zero experience and hated gyms and they have changed my life. Cannot say enough about them.

I love this place! I need periodic access to an indoor cycling trainer that is compatible with Zwift and/or Garmin and Sherpa delivers! They have a Tacx Neo bike that syncs with Apple TV so I can see my Zwift workout. Owner Jean Paul is incredibly flexible -- will bend over backwards to ensure that I can get into the studio when I need it, always very responsive, and an all-around super knowledgable guy about cycling and triathlons. Justin, the cycling coach, has also been incredibly helpful in getting me set up with everything I need each visit.
