My one year old son had a wonderful first haircut experience with Marissa today! She was patient and kind and fun! She not only gave him a fantastic haircut, she made him smile too! Love the certificate with the lock of hair and photo. We will definitely be her routine clients!

While the haircut itself was well done, the staff is in need of customer service training. Had an appointment for 10:00 am. No one was there until 10:00 on the dot. Doors didn’t open until a few minutes after 10:00. When we entered, the woman at the desk never told me that my stylist was running late. I had to ask twice what the deal was because it was already 10:15 and no one had taken my son yet for his 10:00 am appointment. His stylist finally shows up at 10:17 and claims she stubbed her toe which was why she was late. Brought my 3 1/2 year old here for the first time. She was pampered and loved every part of the experience. The staff is very friendly and her haircut is perfect. We’ll definitely be returning!
