Marc is a very detailed guy and very careful with his jobs he's willing to go the extra mile to meet customers' satisfaction. Marc saved us hundreds of dollars when the shower knob broke.The part was no longer available from American Standard. He knew a local source that matched the style and added a small part to make it a perfect fit.
