Colorists at this salon are really knowledgeable. From the manager Crystal, all the staff are hardworking and talented. This is not a regular salon, but one that runs on large corporate policies with tight timings, no receptionists, and no additional resources (like cleaners!), yet the staff always work hard to make sure the client experience is a positive one. Love my hair every time I leave the salon!

I have loved Madison Reed for at home color and got hooked on them during the early part of COVID. I only recently noticed the Color Bar in Westport and stopped in to say hello, the salon is beautiful, and the staff was so helpful with all of my questions. I also think it’s a great idea because coloring one hair’s at home can be messy and not for everyone, so you have another alternative here. The products are really gentle and keep your hair in excellent condition! I’ve presently gone completely gray since COVID and my lack of ability to do it myself, but I am certainly rethinking this, and as I am looking to make a change to blonde I will certainly consider Madison...read full review

I went in for mother's day weekend. It was very busy but I was still greeted immediately by Crystal. She went over suggestions and said I would also benefit from a root touch up and reassured that she would get me as close as possible to my hair goals. She was very friendly and patient. They were too busy and I wasn't able to book a blow out unfortunately. Crystal noticed I was a little frustrated and offered to style my hair after I dried it. She gave me beautiful beach waves and I walked out really satisfied. Thank you Crystal, for going above and beyond. I'll be back soon!Services: Hairstyling
