Our son has been taking classes for almost a year now and we have seen such growth in him both in and out of class. These classes aren’t only about the skills of karate but they are about body control, and working together, and learning how to be an overall better little human. Sensei Palardy is seriously an angel right here on earth. What he is able to get out of the littlest kiddos is astounding. We are so thankful to have found Legacy Martial Arts.
LMA of Westport is terrific! We have two children, (6 & 4), enrolled in Kempo for about a year now and they have been responding amazingly well. Sensei Palardy met with my wife and I early on to explore what we would like our children to get out of martial arts. We were hoping for focus, discipline, and some confidence building. However, our kids received so much more! It's been an amazing process to observe our children as they have developed their Kempo skills. We can't wait to see what's next!
Chris started karate at Legacy Martial Arts about a month ago and loves it. Excellent workout, learning new skills and great instruction. Highly recommended!
