I work for a general contractor that completes commercial projects nationwide, and we are often calling to get the locks changed out for our clients before store turnover. Often, my experiences with locksmiths trend negative (pushy, last minute charges, etc). That was NOT our experience with Jake the Locksmith. Great customer service-- was responsive to our needs, reasonable pricing, got the job done quickly and to the needed standard. If we have another project in the area would definitely use again.
