I was hesitant to try F45 - I’ve never been much of a group fitness person but I am so glad I did. The experience has been amazing, from the trainers, to the workouts and the community of people you are with! There is no pressure to do something, you can go at your own pace and they happily provide you with modifications. Definitely lives up to the hype and I am so glad I finally tried it.

F45 Westport is THE place to be! The coaches are great, always so helpful. The community is second to none - everyone is so nice and welcoming. The studio is always spotless. A must for anyone looking to get their fitness on!

F45 is my favorite type of workout. It’s quick and works the entire body. Every class is slightly different and keeps me interested to keep coming back again and again. I have also made some really great friends and feel like F45 Westport is made up of friendly energetic people. I enjoy it so much it motivated me to become an F45 coach myself. Most fun I have had is coaching this F45 family.
