I had to wait to get lenses bc I’m being treated for breast cancer. …. But Tracy felt the need to question why I waited so long…. doesn’t seem to have too much common sense.Rude. Do some modernizing. It feels like you walk into a 1986 eye clinic your mom took you too.Do better for your community.

Optician completely misrepresented facts about Medicare coverage and options. No reflection on the excellence of Dr. Leslie Doctor and her very professional staff.

My mother had a terrible time communicating with this office. Glasses were made incorrectly and she was charged another $100 to make them right. I’d bring her to another optometrist but she’s already paid $800 and still no working glasses.
