My experience at Elevate Health and Wellness with Berry has been nothing but amazing. She is smart and loves what she does. Coming in I was scared to start EMDR therapy and really dive deep and open up with another therapist about my issues because I didn’t have success in the past. But Berry makes it so easy to open up and feel comfortable with her. I feel like she is my best friend! And that is exactly what you need in a therapist. She is very science and fact based which helps me with my ocd mind. She listens to me and does amazing work!
Stef is an incredibly compassionate and brilliant person. Right from day one I felt supported and seen. Stef is insightful and is quickly able to assess root causes to problems.
