I have to say that Dr. Oberman's practice where he currently works is the worst operation I have ever experienced. Accompanying my wife for her follow up visit after her procedure which took place last year, our appointment time was completely ignored by his office. After waiting an hour without anyone contacting us, we asked the receptionist for information as to why there was such a delay. No information was provided. Returning to the waiting area wondering what to do, the doctor was leaving one of his patients on the way to his next one and I learned from him that he scheduled his patient office visits in groups for a given time and then asks them to wait for... read full review

First of all, this review is not about Dr. Oberman, it is about MYEYEDR. and specifically DAWN the office manager at the Westport location. I made an appointment with them just because they were in network and a routine eye exam had a $0 copay. Upon check in, I was immediately explained about a $44 upcharge for photos of my eyes, instead of dilation. I approved. After my exam, in which additional questions I had about my eye health were denied because it would have to be a separate, medical appointment, from my routine exam. No problem.
