Minute Men Cleaners

You had my blanket for over a month, charged me three separate times, and still failed to clean it. Each time it was returned, it smelled worse than before. I raised concerns with your workers every single time and was completely ignored. When I questioned why I was being charged again and again, no explanation was given at all. This was a complete waste of time and money, with unprofessional staff, no accountability, and zero effort to fix the problem.

Alvaro is the owner. We gave them a cashmere sweater in mint condition. A month later they showed us a picture of it (damaged) and claimed it was our fault. They never returned it nor reimbursed us for it. Beware of using this dry cleaning service.
