I don't have words to express how much I appreciate Karen Merrill at 640. I went in with debilitating back pain that I'd been dealing with for weeks, and in a 90 minute session I'm pretty sure she fixed me. Her knowledge of the body is unbelievable, and I wish I'd gone in before the pain got to the level it was at. Her expertise is truly invaluable.

Ayme was fantastic—easily one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I’ve struggled with back and shoulder issues, and she struck the perfect balance: deep enough pressure to work out the tension, yet gentle enough to keep me completely relaxed throughout the session.
I left feeling refreshed, pain-free, and already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend!

I attended a Facial Alchemy Workshop at 640 Health Therapies and had a great time. Such a nice and welcoming place. I walked in the door and felt relaxed right away. Tabatha shared so much information with us and I learned quite a bit. She also followed up with emails and videos that are very helpful. All around a wonderful experience.
