I think we lucked out in finding West Haven's home grown gem of a school. As far as my experience goes, WHAK is the Yale of karate schools in the area!The West Haven Academy of Karate is the national and international headquarters of dozens of martial arts studios around the world. The 'mothership' for Tang Soo Do Mi Guk Kwon and long standing martial arts center. Solid training for both adults and kids taught by experts and masters....as well as select classes by Grandmaster Ferraro.

best place to learn Tang Soo Do. it's affordable, and the people who teach there have been doing it for a loooong time. generally, great place to go :) (wash your feet after you work out though.)
