Tommy's Tanning is a long-standing business with a very clean facility. The staff are friendly, helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. They provide great customer service and are willing to go above and beyond. Customers report positive experiences and highly recommend the service. Some are happy to pay extra for the excellent care they receive. It is a highly recommended tanning location.
Salon is SO CLEAN!!! I had a reoccurring membership and I totally forgot to cancel. I didn’t come for months and the main office credited me back more than half of my missed time! I tried this at my gym a few years ago and they told me I was SOL, wouldn’t credit me back anything and slapped me with a late fee because my most recent billing didn’t go through. Great customer service and awesome cleanliness at Tommys!
I just had a really bad experience at palm beach tan in Stratford I canceled my account and drove out of my way to ansonia and dealt w maddy. I will absolutely pay a little bit extra for the great customer service I just got from her. Thank you for having employees like her willing to go above and beyond for an upset customer
Friendly staff but the beds are so small n I'm a bigger girl n I just feel smooshed in the bed and it affects my tan. Also they are not long enough either I tan my forehead or my feet but not both bc I'm too tall for the bed. Glo tanning is way better except for there hours that's the only thing Tommy's has thats better.
