Refrigerator stopped cooling and didn’t recover on own. Service technician was experienced, knowledgeable, and thorough. Identified the problems and was able to effect a temporary solution until a decision is reached to repair or replace the unit. Explained things well.
He was very kind and professional and would not leave until I understand stood why I was denied the repair because the young lady that he talked to at the warranty company didn't give him any information from me and he felt really bad.
