I’ve been going to Dr D’Addio for almost 20 years. He and his staff are always kind and courteous. He explains different parts of the eye exam to let me know what he’s checking and why. I enjoy the quality of care and the selection of glasses. There are many options to choose from. He stayed open during the COVID-19 pandemic, when other doctors I knew of decided to retired. Great Doctor!!!

Awful receptionists and staff the receptionist on the phone was rude ,derogatory ,unproffesionnal and dismissive I had looked forward to going for my first visit Here I called the morning of my appointment to confirm the time as I had not heard from the dr.’s office prior and was told Without prior warning my appt was given to someone else
no one ever left a voice message re: my appointment at any time prior to that day It is important to Actively Listen and hear your patients Concerns and respond effectively instead of reacting impulsively when a patient has concerns or questions I will refer my friends... read full review
