Our family recently had funeral services at Keenan in West Haven. We had the pleasure of dealing with the funeral director Estavia “Stevie” Lockett. Stevie was extremely kind, compassionate and attentive to our needs and wants. Stevie made you feel welcomed, at ease and guided us through the process with understanding and caring. We left some decisions in her hands that we struggled with, and we were not disappointed. She created a music video that was amazing. Our family and friends couldn’t say enough good things about the video. We were very impressed with Stevie, the staff and the FH itself. We would highly recommend Keenan services for your loved one.

Estavia “Stevie” went above and beyond to help us organize my father’s services in the short time frame we had. She kept in close contact with us and handled everything to perfection!
