I’ve been coming here for about six months now, and just a month in, I ended up getting a membership — they offer a discount, and I knew I’d want to come often anyway. I almost always see Shana❤️, and she is AMAZING. She actually listens to what I need and want, adjusts the pressure just right, and somehow always finds the exact spots that are causing me pain. I leave feeling like a brand new person every time.
Not gonna lie — I’m kind of a massage freak, and as soon as I walk out, I’m already counting down the days until my next appointment. Highly recommend if you want someone who really knows what they’re doing!

3 months post bike wreck and I was a mess. Made an appt with Vilena based on all her stellar reviews. She did amazing work to loosen up the areas with trauma. I feel my slow recovery got a jump start! Any athletes, aging or otherwise, looking for a therapist who knows what they’re doing should give Vilena a try!

I have gotten facials at Inner Essence for 3 years now and they are amazing! Vilena Karaban always does a fantastic job at a very fair price. It may not look like much from the outside but it's magic inside! I've referred friends and they have had the same great experience.
