We will do what we can to provide you with the best assistance we can. We hope to be able to go forward with the quality work we do. We are huge discounts on any in-stock item that we have so we can make the purchase your family stone a little bit less stressful and can save thousands of dollars at the same time. I know there are some negative feelings but please understand that we are a totally different company and different people.

We ordered our stone in 2021. We have been told it was in Connecticut. It was never there when we went to the business. There have been dozens of calls and text messages. Eric R never responds. We keep getting lied to when we do reach someone. At this point, we believe this business operates under deceiving and deceptive practices. We have filed a complaint with the attorney general after they declined to provide the refund of our deposit when requested.
My mother passed away and had pre paid to have her date of death engraved on her foot stone. All the other information was there. I phoned and spoke to some man who told me he would not honor the contract. He had bought the assets but not the liability from giordano bros. and there fore is not responsible. He would be happy to charge to do the engraving but after reading all the horrible negative reviews I decided to go somewhere else who by the way was cheaper. This is a lesson to reconsider pre paying for services that may occur years later. My mother contracted in 2005 and passed this year. My mother in law has been waiting for over 4 years for my father in laws headstone that was paid in full and here it’s going on five years and still no headstone she was told the headstone was on the truck and supposedly delivered on her birthday in April of 2024 and here it is October of 2024 and no headstone stone the owner’s Eric F & Eric R never answer the phone don’t respond to text or voicemail she has contacted the consumer protection & the state attorneys office trying to get her money back I need at least 5 or more people that has been scammed by this business to please contact me via Facebook Jenni zulawski thank you let’s get justice for everyone that...read full review
