She will dive into the problem until she fixes it. My partner has gone to countless doctors without ever receiving any answers. Because of her, we were able to find out my partner might have cancer. Reccomend 100%
Dr. Nwangwu has good intentions with her patients, but she doesn’t have the resources to carry out effective care. Her office staff failed to submit documents to my insurance, causing my insurance to deny medically necessary care. They were short with me on the phone and even answered the phone and started reading off someone else’s test results before I stopped them once. She is always late to appointments (at least 40 minutes each time). Her office charged me a copay to get my test results read to me (she charged it as a virtual visit, despite the fact that I was not given an appointment or a virtual visit link). If you want a PCP who cares deeply about your health, please go to Dr. Chioma. Most doctors do not care but she does. This doctor will do whatever it takes to make you understand & take your health matters seriously.She takes her time and will leave no stone unturned.She is very caring & will go the extra mile to help you get the best treatment and prescription especially for those struggling financially. She is so humble & very dedicated. Please do not listen to those negative reviews!
