First time booking w this company which came recommended by a friend and regular client of Lucy. I opted for the first time/ single-session deep clean via online booking. Lucy was proactive, responsive, accommodating, and very easy to work with. Everything that was included on the checklist was completed.
Excellent cleaning and very much appreciated. The level of detail was amazing and they actually put things back where they were supposed to be! Very nice people and great cleaning when I needed it most.
Camilla has taken over for Cris as the cleaner of our home, and she is absolutely excellent. Now that I have engaged them for a while, it seems clear that Cleaning Service Fairies is a very well run business with high standards, and that is impoprtant if you are looking for consistent help over time.
