We reached out to Air Specialties for an AC and heat proposal, and it's not the first time we've worked with Bob and his team. He was quick to put together a detailed quote and even more responsive when we came back later with questions about pricing — he took the time to follow up personally with a phone call. Bob's professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to work with us really stood out. As did Jim's professionalism during the initial home consult. Would definitely recommend Air Specialties for future projects.

I had a fantastic experience with Air Specialties this week when they came out to do preventative maintenance on my HVAC. From the scheduler who set everything up smoothly to the technicians who showed up on time, the whole process was seamless. The techs were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and left my space spotless after the service. They were so professional and thorough that I’ve decided to sign up for their annual service agreement. I highly recommend Air Specialties if you’re looking for reliable HVAC care!

Mike took care of our A/C the same day we called with the problem. He was very knowledgeable and it didn’t take him much time to find and fix the problem. He was open to answer all my questions. It was pleasant to work with him. Air Specialties is a good reliable company.
