Good Afternoon,I just had the most amazing experience with Ismael. Since I am just a little above dangerous when it comes to technology I was not looking forward to a session on cleaning up my Robo Form, making my logins more secure, and using more secure procedures. Ismael had the patience of a saint, or I guess it would be better to say a "professional". He never made me feel inadequate or unskilled.We resolved all of the issues including an issue I was having with Outlook. That one took a while. Ismael was determined to find the problem and resolve the issue.
